    Excellent glass lid: carbon skillet

    A first backer for the new Misen carbon steel fry pans with the development of the glass lids following the original release by half a year. The wait was worthy of the excellent design and materials of the well fitted lids. The addition of the covers allows the full compliment of cooking potential for which the carbon pans are designed. This is a very well made prodsuct.

    Glass lids

    I love the glass lids. In the past I bought the blue silicone lids. They are the only Misen products I have been disappointed with. They formed a suction that was miserable to deal with.

    Love, Love, ❤️ the GLASD Lids

    I love my new lids for my nonstick. Wish I had glass lids for all my mizen purchase. Being able to see the progress of cooking and know what’s going on is a benefit to any cook. Especially love watching my the tops of my eggs steam so that I do not have to flip them over easy. Just put a tablespoon or two of water on partially cooked eggs and allow the steam to do the work. The whites are cooked! The yolks are runny! No slimy egg tops at this house. Cooking in the larger pans with professional the lids also make it possible to see how the dish is progressing and keep my cooktop cleaner!
