My son loves them
It's a Misen so I'm a fan already. I haven't had the chance to use it a lot since I got it, but I already love the size and shape of the blade. I'm looking forward to carving up my next smoked pork roast or chicken.
These are quality knives. The filet knife really stands out. It is great for trimming. The blade has just the right amount of flexibility and it very sharp. It is a pleasure to use.
