Pair it with

Why It’s Great

Corners Are Where Sauces Go to Die

Curved interior walls make stirring easier so sauces stay moving and nothing gets scorched in the corners you can't reach.

Wide Mouth = Faster Reduction

More surface area means more evaporation, which means your sauce reduces faster. Bet your geometry teacher didn’t tell you that.

Handle Stays Cool Despite the Heat

An ergonomic, stay-cool handle means you're not reaching for a towel or an oven mitt every time you need to move the pan.

Why 5-Ply?

5-ply means a pan that performs (and looks good).

Three layers of steel and two of aluminum, bonded at 3.0mm thickness for even heat. No hot spots, no warping.

Easy-Peasy Clean-sy

Throw it in the dishwasher and watch a movie.

We tested it. And tested it again. And again. Our Stainless Steel won’t warp and is virtually indestructible, so you can chill on the cleaning routine.

Questions?

Are stainless steel pans difficult to care for?

Not at all! Throw them in the dishwasher, let them soak overnight, sear on high-heat — our stainless steel cookware can take anything and truly lasts a lifetime.

Will my pans be nonstick?

Stainless Steel is not nonstick, however, there are ways to make the surface temporarily nonstick before each cooking session.
To do this, heat the pan over medium heat for 2 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and swirl it around the pan. When you see smoke turn off the heat. Let the pan cool down and wipe out any excess oil. Your pan is now temporarily seasoned and should remain nonstick until you wash it with soap!

Is the cookware induction compatible?

Definitely!

How do I clean stains and discoloration off of the pans?

Use Bar Keeper's Friend, (baking soda will also work!), water, and a lightly abrasive sponge.

Doesn’t every company on earth claim their stuff is better?

Yep! That’s why we tend to let our reviews do the talking. At Misen, our goal is to make great products and sell them for fair and honest prices. That’s what value means to us.

    Love this little pan

I’m quite impressed with this saucier. I have a set of All-Clad cookware, which I absolutely love, and I’ve also purchased several pieces from Made In because I was impressed with their business model and the fact that their pans are American-made. However, I have to say that I haven’t been as impressed with the Made In pieces I’ve purchased.

I had missed a sale on an All-Clad saucier that was similar to this one—and it didn’t even come with a lid—so when I saw this one pop up, I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did!

I’ve used it numerous times now, and I find it to be just as impressive as my All-Clad pieces. It has a nice heft, the stainless steel feels very high quality, and it performs beautifully. I’m really pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

    Great cookware

This pan is awesome. I purchased an ALLCLAD pan and it was very expensive and right from the first use it’s totally discolored(lesson learned )…This pan however has been used so many times for so many different things and it cleans up beautifully to looking like new. I’m going to be replacing my pans with more Misen pans.

    Handle stays cool

I had another, cheaper sauce pan that was the same size but the handle was made of sheet metal. It would always get too hot and I would have to use a towel to grab the handle. This pan completely solves that problem. I never feel like the handle is too hot.

    Great pot!

I splurged and got all 4, each one is awesome.

0.75 Qt Stainless Steel Saucier Pan

The 0.75 QT Stainless Steel Saucier is built for the small jobs where control matters most, like melting butter, finishing a pan sauce, or reducing a quick glaze. Compared with a straight-sided saucepan, the rounded sides make it easier to stir and keep food from collecting in corners, and the curved lip helps you pour cleanly when you are ready to serve.

This saucier uses 5-ply stainless steel construction and a 3.0 mm thickness to promote even heating with fewer hot spots, helpful when you are working with delicate sauces. A wide mouth supports faster evaporation, so you can dial in texture and consistency without waiting around. It is also induction compatible and oven safe up to 800 F (426 C) for recipes that move from stovetop to oven.

If you are building out a cohesive setup, browse Misen’s stainless steel cookware to match performance across your everyday pans. For more shapes and sizes beyond sauciers, the broader cookware lineup is a good place to compare pieces by how you actually cook.

Cleanup and day-to-day use are straightforward: the pan is dishwasher safe, and it includes a lid. For best results on stainless steel, Misen recommends preheating the empty pan on medium-high for 3 to 4 minutes, or until a splash of water forms round balls that bounce around the surface, then cooking with oil or butter. If you run into stubborn stains, Bar Keeper’s Friend or baking soda plus a soft sponge or cloth can help.

Choosing size is mostly about volume and whisking room. This 0.75 QT is the compact option for small batches; if you routinely make more sauce at once, consider stepping up to the 1.5 qt saucier. Both keep the same saucier shape that makes stirring, reducing, and pouring feel more precise than a typical saucepan.

Frequently Asked Questions About Stainless Steel Saucier Pans

Is the 0.75 QT Stainless Steel Saucier dishwasher safe?

Yes. This saucier is listed as dishwasher safe, which makes it easy to use for everyday tasks like melting, simmering, and quick reductions without worrying about fussy cleanup afterward.

Can I use this saucier on an induction cooktop?

Yes. The 0.75 QT Stainless Steel Saucier is induction compatible, so it works on induction surfaces as well as other common stovetop setups that accept stainless steel cookware.

What temperature is the saucier oven safe to?

The pan is oven safe up to 800 F (426 C). That range is useful when a sauce starts on the stovetop and needs additional heat in the oven to finish cooking.

How should I preheat stainless steel before cooking in this pan?

Preheat the empty pan on medium-high for 3 to 4 minutes, or until a splash of water forms round balls that bounce around the surface. For best results, cook with oil or butter once the pan is properly preheated.
